Benefits Package Overview

Blue Cross/Blue Shield – Health/Dental participating providers in All States

  • Single Coverage: Discounted weekly premium rate based on points achieved by employee participation in The Wellness Program. 
  • Family Coverage: Discounted weekly family premium rate based on points achieved by employee and spouse participation in The Wellness Program. 
  • Physician Co-pay: -- $30
  • Dental: Two free cleanings per family member, yearly.  

Southern Scripts – Generic prescriptions paid at 100% with no co-pay, no deductible. Non-generic paid at 80%. 

VSP – Vision Insurance available at a low cost for employee and family.

On-site Clinic – Maples Health Clinic – Free to all Employees who complete a health risk assessment and have completed 60 days.  Spouses & Children 18 & up who are covered on the Health Insurance plan may use the clinic after completing a health risk assessment. 

Short Term/Long Term Disability – Available for eligible employees.

Life, AD&D – Employees receive a $10,000 company paid policy. Discounted rate policies are available for eligible employees. 

Whole Life Insurance – Available for eligible employees. 

Accident Insurance – Available for eligible employees.

401K – Employees 20 years and older with 6 months of service may participate. Employees may contribute pre-taxed earnings or to a Roth account.

Holiday Pay – Eligible employees receive 7 paid holidays after 60 days employment: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and your Birthday.

Vacation & Bonus Plan

  • 1 Week after 1 year of service
  • 2 weeks after 2 years of service
  • 3 Weeks after 10 years of service
  • 4 Weeks after 20 years of service

Vacation Bonus Plan:    Eligible employees receive a percentage of the previous year’s regular earnings as follows: 

  • 60 days but less than 5 years - 2 %
  • 5 years but less than 10 years - 4%
  • 10 years but less than 20 years - 6%
  • 20 years but less than 30 years - 8%
  • 30 years but less than 40 years - 9%
  • 40 years or more - 10%
